VivaChek Pro is presented as a hospital monitoring system for glucose, ketone and uric acid. Its product page lists operator authentication, Wi-Fi/LAN and HIS/LIS/EMR integration. A successful deployment still requires local interfaces, training and acceptance checks.
Separate the product feature from the implementation
| Listed capability | Evidence to request for your setting |
|---|---|
| Glucose, ketone and uric acid | Exact assays, compatible consumables, local intended use and control procedures. |
| Operator authentication | Demonstration of roles, onboarding, access removal and the actual audit trail. |
| Wi-Fi / LAN | Network requirements, local configuration and failure/reconnection behavior. |
| HIS / LIS / EMR integration | Supported interface and message mapping, patient/encounter identification and a test import into your receiving system. |
Acceptance should follow a sample result
Use a controlled demonstration to follow a result from the instrument to the intended record. Check units, patient and operator identity, timestamps and handling of corrections or repeated messages. A supplier’s “integration available” statement is a starting point, not evidence that your interface has passed.
Quality-control responsibilities, consumable lot handling, staff training and service response should have named owners. Keep technical integration separate from the clinical decision about how the system will be used.
