The base VivaChek Ino, Ino X and Ino Sound belong to a related naming family, but their feature lists differ. A search for “Ino Bluetooth” should lead to a model check before an app download.

Ino versus Ino X and Ino Sound
| Model | What distinguishes the listing |
|---|---|
| Ino (VGM01) | Base glucose meter; the quoted specification here is the 900-result model. |
| Ino X | Bluetooth listed and 1,000-result memory; uses Ino strips. This is distinct from the multifunction VivaChek X. |
| Ino Sound | Voice instructions and backlight; uses Ino strips. Check the supplied language and instructions. |
Before buying Ino strips
Match “Ino” on the strip box to the meter instructions and exact reference. Keep the lot, expiry and opening date together. Ask for the correct control solution and the permitted storage conditions; a similar brand label is not enough to substitute Eco or Fad strips.
A lower advertised meter price may be offset by recurring strip costs or limited local support. Request a dated quote showing the meter, included strips and lancets, replacement strip pack size, shipping and warranty contact. We have not verified a country-specific Ino retail price.
Can I download one VivaChek app for every Ino model?
Do not assume that. The Ino X page lists Bluetooth, whereas the base Ino specification does not establish the same connection. Use the exact meter’s instructions to identify any supported app, publisher and regional listing.
